Our commitment to comply with the European regulation GDPR

The protection of the rights and the serenity of our customers is very important for us at Mulium Consulting, so we want our services to be used with maximum protection and security. We are therefore committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. We have implemented strict rules for the protection of privacy and compliance with the new legislation, taking the opportunity to make our communication clearer and more transparent.

Data Protection Officer (DPO)

According to the art. 37 of the EU regulation n. 679/2016, we have appointed a Data Protection Manager, unique to all the companies of the Mulium Holding LLC group, which also includes Mulium Consulting. The main task of the DPO is the observation and evaluation of the processing of personal data in order to enforce the European and national regulations on privacy.

YOUR RIGHTS

The GDPR establishes new rights for those interested in joining the existing ones in accordance with the provisions of Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016. As always you have the right to revoke at any time the consent to the treatments not strictly necessary for the provision of the service, provided during the signing of the contract with Mulium Consulting.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, integration and / or cancellation of the same. You can limit the treatments that concern you and oppose the same treatments, even those carried out for the purposes of profiling based on legitimate interest.

If you think so, you can also file a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data. You will find the procedures for doing so on the official website of the Guarantor.

To exercise your rights you need:

  • Create a formal letter called “form for the exercise of rights” where all your data and requests are specified
  • Print the form and fill it in block letters
  • Sign the form in full and make sure that the signature is fully legible
  • Scan it and send it to Mulium Consulting:

PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT: WHAT USE DO WE DO OF YOUR DATA?

We treat your data in line with the consents you expressed during the signing of the contract and in full compliance with the privacy legislation. We treat them because they are necessary for the provision of the service but also to improve the offer that is offered to you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A LOSS OF DATA (THEREFORE "DATA BREACH")

To better protect your data, in case of data breach, ie loss, destruction or improper spread, for example as a result of cyber attacks, unauthorized access, accidents or adverse events, such as fires or other personal data calamity. We have improved our alerting process by reinforcing security measures and by providing for specific system recovery actions to minimize the loss of your data.
